Повышение тарифов "Укрэнерго" в 2 раза — объяснение на пальцах

По мнению эксперта, этот эксперимент может быть ничем необоснованным, кроме жадности менеджмента и вот почему:
- увеличение расходов на "зеленую" генерацию с 25 до 33 млрд грн, несмотря на то, что 18 млрд грн считаются достаточными из-за уменьшения «разрыва» цен на электроэнергию и «зеленого» тарифа;
- повышение "технологических расходов" до 13,1 млрд грн, в то время как реальная потребность оценивается в 10-12 млрд грн за 2022-2023 гг.;
- увеличение расходов на "покупку дополнительных услуг" на 54% до 24,5 млрд грн, хотя в 2023 году 15,0 млрд грн были достаточны;
- включение в тарифы услуг по регулированию напряжения и восстановлению функционирования энергосистемы после аварий, несмотря на отсутствие сертифицированных поставщиков этих услуг в Украине.
Как считает эксперт, это создает впечатление необоснованного увеличения расходной части тарифов с целью скрыть неэффективность менеджмента "Укренерго" за счет украинских потребителей.
