Народный депутат Украины и куратор полка "Азов" обзавелся недвижимостью и стал киевлянином. Но примечательно, что в его декларации о доходах за 2014 год, этой квартиры указано не было. Можно сравнить два документа, чтобы убедиться в этом.
Следовательно, данная квартира была приобретена в 2015 году на кого-то из членов семьи Андрея Билецкого.

Из открытых источников СМИ узнали, что жену "Белого Вождя" (как называют Билецкого некоторые его сторонники) зовут Юлия Владимировна. На ее имя в 2012-2013 годах националисты собирали средства, когда Билецкий находился под арестом в харьковском СИЗО:
Узнав это, журналисты получили в Государственном реестре прав на недвижимость справку об имуществе, которым владеет Билецкая Юлия Владимировна. В числе прочих объектов недвижимости в справке оказались сведения о приобретенной квартире:
Эти сведения совпадают с данными декларации нардепа Билецкого: ФИО жены, площадь и год приобретения квартиры те же ,что и в декларации за 2015 год. Из этого можно сделать вывод, что это именно та квартира, которую нардеп указал в своей декларации.
Квартира расположена в доме по адресу проспект Краснозвездный, 150-а. Сейчас проспект Краснозвездный переименован в проспект Лобановского. Расположен этот дом недалеко от центра Киева, недалеко от Байкового кладбища и дворца "Украина".
Этот дом относится к первой очереди жилищного комплекса "Ново-Демеевский", который был введен в эксплуатацию в 2011-2013 годах. Следовательно, квартира приобреталась на вторичном рынке.
На сайте одного из крупных киевских агентств недвижимости журналисты узнали, что двухкомнатная квартира в этом доме почти равной площади (80 кв.м.) и без ремонта сейчас продается за 3 105 000 гривен. В другом агентстве однокомнатная квартира в том же доме площадью 56,9 кв. м. с евроремонтом продается за 2 880 000 гривен.
При желании можно найти множество предложений квартир в этом доме. В среднем, стоимость приобретения квартиры около 80 кв. м. в этом жилищном комплексе можно оценить в сумму от 90 до 130 тысяч долларов США (2,25–3,25 млн. грн.).
А в начале 2015 года (квартира была приобретена 21 января 2015 года), цены были выше. По данным аналитического центра крупнейшего столичного агентства недвижимости "Благовест", в начале 2015 год цены на квартиры в Киеве составляли до 51,7 тыс. грн. за кв. м.
Исходя из площади квартиры Билецкого в 79,5 кв. м., это дает приблизительную стоимость покупки от 2,2 до 4,1 миллиона гривен.
Опубликованные декларации нардепа Билецкого не дают возможности установить источник происхождения средств на покупку квартиры. В декларации за 2014 год нардеп указал, что его доход составил 49 тысяч гривен, и доход состоял исключительно из зарплаты. Доход членов его семьи составил 783 тысячи гривен (и указан как доход от продажи имущества).
Также в 2014 году самим Андреем Билецким было погашено 281,3 тысячи гривен основной суммы и 5,8 тысячи гривен процентов по банковскому кредиту.
В итоге, остаток средств от продажи семейного имущества должен был составить 495,9 тысячи гривен. Но это никак не стыкуется со стоимостью приобретенной квартиры от 2,2 до 4,1 миллиона гривен.
Не мог Билецкий получить недостающие средства и в начале 2015 года, поскольку отразил в своей декларации доход от депутатской зарплаты в сумме 59 тыс гривен за весь год:
Андрей Билецкий в конце 2011 года был заключен под стражу постановлением Ленинского райсуда г.Харькова как подозреваемый в разбойном нападении (ст.187, ч.2 Уголовного кодекса). Затем он был освобожден согласно "персональному" постановлению Верховной Рады от 24 февраля 2014 года № 786-VII и в индивидуальном порядке амнистирован законом от 27 февраля того же года.
Как указано выше, во время содержания Андрея Билецкого в СИЗО в его пользу собирались пожертвования. Это говорит о том, что в тот период будущий нардеп не имел сбережений, достаточных для покрытия недостающей для приобретения квартиры разницы.
Также обращает на себя внимание время приобретения. Покупка была совершена 21 января 2015 года. В те дни на востоке Украины разворачивалась масштабные военные действия: в результате которых группировка украинских войск оказалась в окружении в районе Дебальцево. Также украинские военные вынуждены были оставить донецкий аэропорт. В те дни были убиты и ранены сотни украинских военнослужащих.
Вскоре после покупки киевской квартиры СМИ распространили заявление Андрея Билецкого, в котором он констатировал поражение и возможный разгром украинских войск под аэропортом.
Чтобы прояснить источник происхождения средств для покупки квартиры, который не просматривается в декларации, СМИ обратились за комментариями к самому Андрею Билецкому. Ответ был получен от его пресс-службы. "Новая квартира куплена за счет продажи харьковской недвижимости и накоплений супруги за прошлые года. Супруга же работала до 2014 года, были накопления", - сказал пресс-секретарь полка "Азов" Александр Алферов.
Правда, на вопрос сколько же стоила покупка киевской недвижимости, они так и не ответили.
