Спе­ци­аль­ный ко­ми­тет Па­ла­ты пред­ста­ви­те­лей кон­грес­са США по рас­сле­до­ва­нию об­сто­я­тельств на­па­де­ния на по­соль­ство США в Бен­га­зи 11 сен­тяб­ря 2012 года опуб­ли­ко­вал до­клад, в ко­то­ром за­яв­ля­ет­ся, что вла­сти США не пред­при­ня­ли над­ле­жа­щих мер в связи с ин­ци­ден­том. На­пом­ним, что в ходе этой атаке ди­пмис­сия была об­стре­ля­на из гра­на­то­ме­тов и стер­ло­ко­во­го ору­жия, в ре­зуль­та­те чего по­гиб­ли че­ты­ре граж­да­ни­на США, вклю­чая посла США в Ливии Кри­сто­фе­ра Сти­вен­са.

Пред­се­да­тель ко­ми­те­та, вы­ра­бо­тав­ше­го дан­ный до­ку­мент, Трей Гауди за­явил, что «ни одно ко­ле­со сил и средств США не по­вер­ну­лось в сто­ро­ну Ливии» даже через во­семь часов после на­ча­ла атаки ис­лам­ских ра­ди­ка­лов. Здесь стоит за­ме­тить, что прак­ти­че­ски сразу после ин­ци­ден­та у ряда экс­пер­тов и на­блю­да­те­лей за­ро­ди­лась точка зре­ния, что вла­сти США не про­сто про­яви­ли «пре­ступ­ное без­дей­ствие», но сами яв­ля­лись ор­га­ни­за­то­ра­ми слу­чив­ше­го­ся. В даль­ней­шем по­доб­ные по­до­зре­ния не раз­ве­я­лись, а толь­ко уси­ли­лись.

«Пер­во­на­чаль­ная и на­стой­чи­вая оцен­ка Госде­пом тер­ак­та про­тив Аме­ри­кан­ско­го Кон­суль­ства в Бен­га­зи как "спон­тан­ный про­тест" шла враз­рез с оцен­кой слу­чив­ше­го­ся дан­ной пре­зи­ден­том Ливии Мо­га­ме­том Ма­га­ри­а­фом (Mohamed Magariaf), ко­то­рый за­явил, что такое на­па­де­ние долж­но было го­то­вить­ся ме­ся­ца­ми, и ко­то­рый был оскорб­лён оцен­кой Госде­па», - рас­ска­зы­ва­ет в свое ста­тье Ирина Це­зарь.

«И даже се­на­тор Джон Мак­кейн при­знал (на CBS в про­грам­ме "Face the Nation"), что "спон­тан­ные" про­те­стан­ты не ата­ку­ют кон­суль­ства в мас­ках, с целым ар­се­на­лом во­ору­же­ний, вклю­ча­ю­щем в себя мо­то­ри­зо­ван­ную ар­тил­ле­рию, так что слу­чив­ше­е­ся, по его сло­вам, - это либо опе­ра­ция при­кры­тия (cover-up), либо неком­пе­тент­ность. Мак­кейн за­явил, что это скан­дал по­кру­че, чем Во­тер­гейт (Watergate). На­па­де­ние на Аме­ри­кан­ское кон­суль­ство в Бен­га­зи од­но­знач­но вы­гля­де­ло как хо­ро­шо под­го­тов­лен­ная чёр­ная опе­ра­ция са­мо­го Госде­па», - пишет Це­зарь и далее вы­дви­га­ет вер­сию того, зачем это было нужно самим вла­стям США.

«Сти­венс был убит по­то­му, что он кри­ти­ко­вал по­ли­ти­ку ад­ми­ни­стра­ции Ба­ра­ка Обамы, и в част­но­сти, Хил­ла­ри Клин­тон, на Ближ­нем Во­сто­ке, - счи­та­ет жур­на­лист­ка. - Посол осуж­дал стра­те­гию го­су­дар­ствен­но­го тер­ро­риз­ма США с опо­рой на ор­га­ни­зо­ван­ные пре­ступ­ные груп­пи­ров­ки, на­зы­ва­е­мые Госде­пом то "бор­ца­ми за сво­бо­ду» (freedom fighters), то «тер­ро­ри­ста­ми» в за­ви­си­мо­сти от по­ли­ти­че­ской конъ­юнк­ту­ры. Аме­ри­кан­ское кон­суль­ство в Бен­га­зи ис­поль­зо­ва­лось как пункт неле­галь­ной пе­ре­брос­ки ору­жия, на­лич­ных денег и нар­ко­ти­ков. Ис­поль­зуя ди­пло­ма­ти­че­скую почту в ка­че­стве ка­на­ла фи­нан­си­ро­ва­ния, аме­ри­кан­цы под­пи­ты­ва­ли го­ло­во­ре­зов, сра­жа­ю­щих­ся про­тив Ба­ша­ра Ас­са­да в Сирии».

Также она об­ра­ща­ет вни­ма­ние на то, что убий­ство посла Сти­вен­са было прак­ти­че­ски  ана­ло­гич­но убй­ству Му­ам­ма­ра Кад­да­фи  столь же звер­ское и же­сто­кое: «Как и Кад­да­фи, Сти­венс был звер­ски из­на­си­ло­ван, под­верг­нут се­ми­ча­со­вым пыт­кам, а затем рас­тер­зан. А все его от­ча­ян­ные при­зы­вы о по­мо­щи оста­лись без от­ве­та Госде­па». В ка­ко­вом без­дей­ствии, соб­ствен­но те­перь ко­ми­тет Па­ла­ты пред­ста­ви­те­лей и об­ви­ня­ет то­гдаш­ний Госде­пар­та­мент США во главе с Хил­ла­ри Клин­тон. Об­ви­не­ния эти зву­ча­ли в ее адрес и ранее, и ре­а­ги­ро­ва­ла она на них крайне стран­но.

«Хил­ла­ри Клин­тон вы­зва­ли на слу­ша­ние в Кон­гресс 15 де­каб­ря 2012 года. Но она не яви­лась, за­явив, что, из-за обез­во­жи­ва­ния в ре­зуль­та­те грип­па, она упала и по­лу­чи­ла со­тря­се­ние мозга. Позже Клин­тон при­ду­ма­ла более "вес­кую" при­чи­ну не явить­ся на слу­ша­ние - сгу­сток крови в кро­ве­нос­ном со­су­де». То есть, Клин­тон, об­ви­ня­е­мая в том, что не вы­пол­ни­ла свою ра­бо­ту, из-за чего по­гиб­ли чет­ве­ро аме­ри­кан­цев, а по­соль­ство было фак­ти­че­ски уни­что­же­но, про­сто-на­про­сто бе­га­ла от того, чтобы прямо от­ве­тить на вы­дви­га­е­мые об­ви­не­ния. При том, то на роб­кую жен­щи­ну бывши гос­сек­ре­тарь со­вер­шен­но не по­хо­жа. Тут впору и прав­да по­ду­мать о том, то гос­по­жа Клин­тон ис­пу­га­лась че­го-то более опас­но­го, неже­ли упре­ки в ха­лат­но­сти. На­при­мер, от­кры­тия по­дроб­но­стей о том, как она са­мо­лич­но на­усь­ки­ва­ет ис­лам­ских ра­ди­ка­лов на неугод­ных ей аме­ри­кан­ских ди­пло­ма­тов.

Тем более, можно вспом­нить ре­ак­цию Клин­тон на за­пись того са­мо­го звер­ско­го убий­ства Кад­да­фи: «...в спе­ци­аль­но по­стро­ен­ном ан­га­ре около Три­по­ли, по всем ка­но­нам Гол­ли­ву­да, пол­ков­ни­ка Кад­да­фи звер­ски из­на­си­ло­ва­ла и рас­тер­за­ла толпа ЦРУш­ни­ков - псев­до-му­суль­ман­ская мас­сов­ка. По­ста­но­воч­ное убий­ство, за­пи­сан­ное на видео, го­то­ви­лось как акт устра­ше­ния в стиле мафии. Хил­ла­ри Клин­тон сме­я­лась от ра­до­сти на весь мир. Такую зве­ри­ную бес­чув­ствен­ность и вуль­гар­ность Г-жи Клин­тон труд­но оправ­дать даже тем, что Кад­да­фи был "за­кля­тым вра­гом" США».

Ве­ро­ят­но, гос­по­же Клин­тон про­сто очень по­нра­ви­лось - и она ре­ши­ла, что это хо­ро­ший спо­соб рас­прав­лять­ся с про­тив­ни­ка­ми, по­пут­но удо­вле­тво­ряя свои са­дист­ские на­клон­но­сти и устра­шая тех, кто еще жив и не хочет пля­сать под дудку США: мол, если вы не со­гла­си­тесь с тем, что мы тво­рим в мире, вас ждет судь­ба Кад­да­фи и ми­сте­ра Сти­вен­са. Будь вы го­су­дар­ствен­ный лидер или аме­ри­кан­ский ди­пло­мат.

При­чем Клин­тон вме­сте с осталь­ным аме­ри­кан­ским ис­теб­лиш­мен­том при этом еще и че­ре­с­чур за­вра­лась. Это ны­неш­ние аме­ри­кан­ские по­ли­ти­че­ские тра­ди­ции: устра­и­вать где-ни­будь кро­ва­вый и ог­нен­ный ад, на­ру­шать все воз­мож­ные за­ко­ны, угро­жать, шан­та­жи­ро­вать, до­го­ва­ри­вать­ся с пре­ступ­ни­ка­ми - а потом де­лать вид, что США тут ни при чем и рас­суж­дать о мо­ра­ли, за­кон­но­сти и гу­ма­низ­ме.

«В этом ин­фор­ма­ци­он­ном фоне га­сит­ся ре­аль­ная цен­траль­ная тема внут­ри­по­ли­ти­че­ской по­вест­ки по­след­них 10ти ме­ся­цев - уни­что­же­ние по­соль­ства США в Бен­га­зи, - писал Politonline.​ru в связи со скан­да­лом во­круг Эд­вар­да Сно­уде­на. - А как иначе то? Ди­рек­тор ЦРУ, Гос­сек­ре­тарь США, один ад­ми­рал, во­семь ге­не­ра­лов от­прав­ле­ны в от­став­ку за пол­го­да. Вы се­рьёз­но счи­та­е­те, что Барак Обама не знал о том, что про­ис­хо­дит в по­соль­стве и не при­ни­мал ре­ше­ния не про­во­дить спе­цо­пе­ра­цию?»

Можно ска­зать, что раз­ду­ва­ние темы Сно­уде­на стало по­след­ней по­пыт­кой «от­бить­ся» от не ути­ха­ю­ще­го ин­те­ре­са к весь­ма непри­ят­ным по­дроб­но­стям со­бы­тий в Ливии. Спер­ва гос­по­жа Клин­тон бо­ле­ла, затем - терла свою пе­ре­пис­ку по ли­вий­ской и си­рий­ской про­бле­ме. Потом - ор­га­ни­зо­вы­ва­ла ме­дий­ную «хло­пуш­ку» со Сно­уде­ном, дабы от­влечь вни­ма­ние об­ще­ствен­но­сти.
