Американский конгрессмен-республиканец Томас Масси внёс на рассмотрение палаты представителей законопроект «HR 6508» («Закон о НАТО»), предусматривающий выход Соединённых Штатов из Североатлантического альянса.
Рада включила в повестку дня четырнадцатой сессии соответствующий законопроект №5708, принятый за основу еще в 2022 году.
